SAINT
Private commission · one of one

Made for one person.

A single SAINT instrument built to your brief, finished by hand, delivered by hand, and looked after by a private desk that knows your name. We do not publish a price. Each commission is quoted after a conversation.

01 · What a commission is

The same secretary. An object that is yours alone.

Inside, every SAINT carries the same certified configuration, and the secretary behind it does exactly the same work at every price. A commission changes what we make around that: the metal and the stone, the hands that finish it, your marks on it, the case it arrives in, and who answers when you call. This is the only SAINT that carries a mark, a stone or a precious metal.

The object

A body in the metal you choose, finished by hand and inspected one at a time. Your name, initials or a line of your own, engraved. A presentation case and carry pieces from a named maker.

The desk

A named contact with a response commitment we write down. We set the instrument up with you, at your desk or by video, and the service — with connectivity around the globe — is included for the term stated in your proposal.

The record

A numbered provenance record: the brief, the proposal, the materials and every inspection. A care and refinishing schedule that stays with the instrument.

What a commission does not change. The certified electronics, the software and what Saint can do for you. No feature, model or limit is unlocked by paying more, at any price.
02 · Assemble and engrave

Try it in your hands before we talk.

A working study on the V5.2 metal-body envelope. Watch the body come together, choose a finish, and put your mark on the cap. What you set here travels with your appointment request, so the conversation starts from something real.

Body

Engraving

Up to 24 characters. Set tone-on-tone, the way the light finds it.

03 · How a commission proceeds

A conversation first. An order second.

You write to us

A few lines about you and what you have in mind. Nothing more is needed to begin.

We meet

In person or by video. We listen before we propose anything, and we say early if a brief cannot be built.

A written proposal

Materials, price, the service term stated as a number, and timing. A deposit is asked only once you have signed it.

The making

One instrument, built and inspected by hand, delivered by hand, and set up with you.

04 · What we will not do

Three things we will say no to.

Sell a metal before it is qualifiedThe body of this instrument is part of its antenna. A new metal is a new antenna, and it earns its own radio qualification before we take money for it. A commission in a precious metal begins as a study, and we say so in the proposal.
Promise service for lifeIncluded service is a term, and the proposal states the number of years. We will not write a promise against provider prices we do not control.
Make the secretary behave differentlyWhat Saint can do for you is identical at every price. That is the whole point of her.
05 · Request a private appointment

Write to us.

We reply personally, usually within one working day. We do not publish who commissions an instrument.

The body and engraving you set above travel with this request.

Received

We will write to you personally.
