Find the receipt sent to your order email, or ask SAINT to confirm the order, update its planning details, cancel it or refund it.

Your payment receipt is sent to the email used at checkout. If it is missing, write from that address and include your name. You may include the order reference, but never send card details.
Change contact or destination details
The country, city and postal code collected today are for launch eligibility and delivery planning. They do not create a shipment. Ask us to update them now; the complete shipping address will be confirmed before dispatch.
Change a finish or monogram direction
Current finish and monogram choices remain planning preferences until SAINT presents a qualified production choice for confirmation. An irreversible personalisation instruction will not be inferred from an account name or early preference.
Cancel or request a refund
Ask from the order email. SAINT’s current preorder position is a full refund on request. Mandatory withdrawal and consumer rights remain in addition to that promise. A completed refund also releases the associated Founding Edition unit and included service entitlement.
