Preorders can be refunded on request today. Finished-product return, warranty and repair terms will be published before SAINT asks anyone to accept a production unit.
Before delivery
A paid Founding Edition preorder may be cancelled for a full refund on request. This does not reduce any statutory withdrawal or consumer right available to the buyer.
At delivery
Final sales terms will state the inspection period, withdrawal process, return destination, refund timing, treatment of delivery charges and the exact effect of confirmed monogramming. Those terms will be presented before dispatch.
Warranty
No duration or coverage is claimed yet. The final warranty will sit alongside, not replace, mandatory rights concerning faulty or non-conforming goods. Eligibility, exclusions and proof required will be written in plain language.
Repair and replacement
The service design requires diagnosis, safe return, repair or replacement, re-commissioning and secure retirement. Availability, locations, prices and turnaround times remain production-release gates.
Lost, returned or compromised instruments
SAINT’s device lifecycle is designed so service authority can be revoked and related credentials rotated. A returned device must be cleared and re-commissioned through the controlled lifecycle; ownership is never transferred by possession alone.
