An estimate, not a dispatch promise.
The current engineering estimate is February to May 2028. Certification, production acceptance, supported markets and service readiness still come first.

Current window
February–May 2028 is an engineering estimate for the first 1,000 instruments, not a committed date. If evidence moves the estimate, buyers will be told before the public copy is changed.
Countries and certification
Entering a destination at checkout does not promise that SAINT may lawfully ship there. Eligible launch markets will be named only after the relevant radio, electrical, battery, privacy, language and consumer-support requirements are complete.
Shipping, VAT and duties
Delivery cost is not yet set. VAT is calculated at checkout from the information available then; any later shipping charge, import treatment or material change will be shown before it becomes payable.
What arrives in the box
The instrument is presented in a long, low lid-and-tray case holding a single instrument. The current structural study is a rigid box with a 178 × 56 × 42 mm tray and a 184 × 62 × 42 mm lid, carrying the device on a single-material tray that keeps the camera witness, optical and acoustic face, cover joint and USB-C opening free of load.
- The instrument in your chosen finish
- Long-cube presentation case with a single-material tray
- Magnetic USB-C charging cable
- Built-in eSIM with connectivity around the globe included — the service carries the data, so there is no SIM to buy and no roaming plan to manage
- A one-time claim card linking the instrument to your account
This is the target specification, not a shipping manifest. The instrument is at design-intent stage and has not passed engineering validation. Contents, materials and finish may change, and we will write to you before they do rather than after.
What the packaging still has to pass
The structure above is a manufacturing direction, not an approved package. No dieline, material, printed artwork or tooling has been signed off, and tooling stays stopped until a physical white sample passes SAINT’s packaging check. Board construction, tray clearance, tolerance and finger access are still supplier work.
Presentation is also a delivery requirement, not decoration: the case has to protect the instrument in transit and survive the return journey described under returns, warranty and repair.
Before anything ships
SAINT will confirm the saleable configuration, final address, delivery method, dated window, returns route and support terms. A planning postcode is never treated as permission to dispatch.
Destination changed?Update the planning destination now. The complete address will still be reconfirmed before dispatch.
