Use the private secretary service on its own today, by invitation, or buy an instrument and receive years of it from activation. No instrument is required for the service. Every figure below is read from the same records checkout charges from.
01 · The instrument
Bought once. You choose which one.
The instrument is a single purchase. There is no lease and no financing. Three tiers exist, and what you pay depends on which instrument you choose — not on when you arrive or how many people came before you. A private commission sits beyond them, by appointment.

Every tier is the same instrument.The electronics, the software and what Saint can do for you are identical at €550 and at €2,590. No feature, model or limit is unlocked by paying more. What a higher tier buys is the years of service included, who answers when you need a person, the hand work and the leather. The price is the object and the years of service inside it. Nothing else is for sale at a higher price.
The first edition is 1,000 instruments.Nine hundred Signature places and one hundred Atelier places. Each closes when its places are taken. Nothing expires at midnight, and no countdown is running.
02 · The service
€25 a month — on its own, today. An instrument includes years of it.
The service does not wait for the instrument. A private secretary by text and voice — the calls, the holds, the chases, the briefs and the confirmed actions — is €25 a month on its own, by invitation, with the first fourteen days free. It is charged monthly and it never starts on its own — neither buying an instrument nor asking for a seat opens a subscription; Saint sends you the link when the trial ends and you decide.

An instrument includes the service for a term.Signature includes three years, Atelier includes ten, and Black includes three months. The term starts the day the service starts for you, not the day you order. Nothing is billed inside it and no card is charged for it. When the term ends the service becomes €25 a month, and you choose then whether to continue — it does not begin on its own. We include a term rather than a lifetime because we will not promise something we cannot price, and if we ever stop offering the service we refund the part of your term we did not deliver.
Connectivity around the globe is included.The instrument carries its own eSIM, and the data it uses is part of the service — no SIM to buy and no roaming plan to manage, wherever you take it. Coverage follows our connectivity partner's footprint; the list of countries is published before the first instrument ships.

Reasoning and conversation, cellular connectivity around the globe, transcription, memory and recall, daily briefs, and actions Saint takes once you confirm them.
Separate
Anything Saint buys on your behalf is your money, shown to you at the price the merchant charges. We add nothing to it.
Cancel
Monthly, through Stripe's own billing page. You keep the period you have paid for; nothing is pro-rated away from you.
The instrument keeps working
If the service lapses, the object is still yours. What stops is the service behind it, not the hardware you bought.
03 · Not decided yet
The parts we will not pretend are settled.
These are open. Publishing them as open is the point: each one is a number someone would otherwise discover at their own expense.
An annual priceThere isn't one. Only the monthly €25 exists today. If an annual plan appears it will be priced deliberately, not as twelve months stapled together.
Usage limitsThe service is flat today, with no metering and no cap. Heavy and light use cost us very differently, so a fairer structure may follow — but not before we have measured real usage rather than guessed at it.
Delivery costNot yet set — shipping is quoted when the instrument is real. VAT is calculated at checkout from your address; the prices above are net of it.
A committed delivery dateThere is none. The current engineering estimate is February–May 2028. The instrument is at design-intent stage and has not been built; we will write before the estimate changes.
The private commissionWe take enquiries by appointment and quote each one. We have not set a price, and we will not sell a precious-metal instrument until its body passes its own radio qualification. Until then a commission is a conversation, then a written proposal — not a product on a shelf.
04 · What happens, and when
The service starts long before the object does.
These are engineering estimates from the current programme plan, not promises. Hardware schedules move; when this one moves we will write to you rather than let you discover it.
Now — you reserveYou pay 50 in EUR, USD, SGD or GBP per instrument, refundable on request. You receive a receipt, and your place in the first edition is held against your name. The remaining balance is charged only after a separate invitation and your confirmation.
From 1 January 2027 — the serviceSaint starts working for you by text and voice. This part is not waiting on hardware. Access begins in controlled waves rather than for everyone at once, so buying does not guarantee access on that exact date — and an instrument includes three or ten years of it, depending on which one you chose.
November 2026 – April 2027 — EVTEngineering validation. The first instruments exist as real hardware and are tested against the specification.
May – September 2027 — DVTDesign validation, tooling, reliability and certification work. The design freezes here.
5–24 October 2027 — the First 1,000 windowOpens at DVT exit, once the design is frozen and the launch build has a date. If DVT moves, the window moves with it.
February – May 2028 — deliveryThe estimated window for the first 1,000 instruments to reach the people who bought them.

05 · If you change your mind
Refund on request.
The reservation is refundable on request: ask, and you get the amount paid back. The instrument is not yet built, no delivery date is committed, and no remaining balance is charged automatically. Your statutory rights apply on top of this and are not reduced by it.
