SAINT’s text and voice service is available only to invited pilot participants. The hardware instrument remains in development and has no production service status.
Current public state
Private-pilot service: operating for invited participants, with capabilities released by cohort.
Founding service access: planned to expand in controlled waves from 1 January 2027; purchase does not guarantee access on that date.
Screenless instrument: in development; no production devices are operating.
When something fails
Retrying must not silently duplicate an outward action. Check the receipt or waiting state first. If the result remains uncertain, contact support with the time, channel and a short description—without forwarding credentials or unnecessary private content.
Incident communication
Material incidents affecting a participant’s data, confirmed actions or continued access are handled directly with the affected people where appropriate. A public incident history and automated component status will be added only when the service boundary is stable enough for them to be accurate.
Report a service problemInclude the approximate time and channel. Do not include passwords, recovery codes or raw private media.
