SAINT
Who the private secretary is for

Work you should be able to delegate.

You coordinate work across people, conversations and deadlines. SAINT helps chiefs of staff, independent consultants and founders carry supported calls and follow-ups through to a result.

01 · RequestState the outcome, not the interface steps.
02 · CarryResearch, call, message and coordinate within the boundary you gave.
03 · ReturnReceive the result, remaining decision and receipt.
Polished gold · Constellation face

A direct line.

The service works through your phone today. The instrument is intended to reach the same secretary when a phone would cost attention.

Polished gold · Personal face

After the meeting.

A notebook closes beside the marked Personal face. This is an appearance study; the instrument remains in development.

Polished gold · rotation

A visible signal.

The light reveal is intended to make activity visible. This film studies appearance; it does not demonstrate working capture.

AI-generated silent V5.2 design-intent films. They show the form and finish direction. They do not demonstrate production hardware, measured capability or customer use. Capture still requires everyone’s permission.

What needs to move?

Choose the work in front of you. Each example shows what you give SAINT, what stays visible and what comes back.

Delegate the queue, not the judgement.

SAINT places the call, identifies herself as an AI calling for the principal and completes the bounded ask—or brings you in with the context already stated.

You delegate“Call the insurer and get a committed decision date for Alex Morgan’s review.”
SAINT handlesThe case number, the permitted context, the queue and the exact question.
You receive“Review is Thursday; decision committed by Friday,” with the receipt behind it.
A working day, counted

Not an occasion. A rhythm.

The service is not for a rare emergency. It is the same delegated loop, many times a day, for work that crosses people, information and follow-through.

Explore an illustrative working day
Morning1 × day

The brief

What is on, who owes what, what changed overnight — one delivery, every source linked.

Before each room3–8 × day

The dossier

The relationship, the last decision and the open loops, before the door opens.

On your behalf2–6 × day

The calls

Institutions, suppliers, bookings and holds — placed, waited out and completed for you, with a receipt.

Whenever5–15 × day

The quick ask

“Who was the person from the bank?” “Book that.” “Chase the supplier.” By text or voice, without opening anything.

After the conversation1–3 × day

The recap

Decided, committed, next, confirmation — not a transcript.

Always running10–20 open

The chases

Every commitment tracked to its owner and date, reconciled against what actually arrives, and chased until closed.

Friday1 × week

Attention returned

Loops closed, interruptions avoided, corrections made and time returned — without inflated claims.

Together15–40 × day

The habit

Each one costs you seconds and returns something finished. Small, frequent and boring on purpose — that is what makes a private secretary indispensable.

Frequencies describe the intended working rhythm for the pilot segments. They are design assumptions, not measured customer evidence; the pilot records actual repeat use, denominators and failures, and the weekly attention-returned report is the only place claimed numbers appear.

Self-service versus delegation

The phone can do it. The question is who carries it.

A phone can research, call, message, compare, book and follow up. It usually leaves you to connect those steps. SA‑NT works through the phone you already own, but accepts the bounded outcome and manages the sequence for you.

Using the phone yourself

All the tools. You remain the operator.

  • To startUnlock, find the app, type, lose the thread you were on. Then the bank keeps you in the queue.
  • To carryYou. On hold, remembering the case number, half in the room with the phone face-down on the table.
  • To closeYou write it down, you follow up. Nothing chases. Commitments close if you remember them.
  • What comes backActivity. Context scattered across mail, calendar, notes and chat, reassembled in the lift, or not at all.
The watch

Built for a glance, not a conversation.

  • To startA glance. Then you pick up the phone anyway.
  • To carryNobody. It shows a notification; the work is still yours.
  • To closeNothing. Health, steps and pings — not who owes what by Friday.
  • What comes backA ping. A microphone under the table on a wrist has no room, no battery and no platform permission for a real working loop.
Delegating through SA‑NT

The phone becomes a line to a secretary.

  • To startOne sentence, by voice or text. You state the outcome instead of operating each step; she starts with the permitted mail, calendar and prior decision.
  • To carryZero. She calls, identifies herself as an AI on your behalf, waits out the hold and completes the ask.
  • To closeZero. Every commitment has an owner, a date and a receipt, and is chased until it is closed, handed off or clearly blocked.
  • What comes backOne line you can trust, with the source behind it. Not a dashboard you check — the output arrives; you do not fetch it.

The service runs phone-first today and is the business. The instrument is an optional, lower-friction line to the same service for moments when reaching for a phone costs attention. It must prove that advantage in a within-participant phone comparison — seconds from intent to request, interruptions per completed task, completion, correction and repeat use — before any inventory is committed. No phone-replacement claim is made.

What counts as done

If you have to check her work, you did it twice.

Every completed call and booking returns a receipt you can open. Nothing important is sent, booked or changed until you approve it — and approval requirements ease per class of work as reliability is demonstrated, never for money, commitments or new counterparties. One correction demotes a class on the spot.

On every call she identifies herself as an AI assistant calling on your behalf, once and early. Capture requires everyone’s permission. Organisational confidentiality and compliance policies still apply.
