SAINT
The constellation

438 saints.

Not saints in marble. The everyday kind: people who noticed what needed doing and did it.

Loading the instrument
V5.1 cover, lit. The field is the V4.5 controlled pattern; its placement is a study.

Each point stands for an ordinary act of care: a name remembered, a promise kept, a call returned, a burden carried.

No point is named. No point ranks above another. The different sizes give the field depth, not hierarchy.

Alone, a dot is small. Together, the points gather around one clear line. The line is the present—the thing that needs doing now. When it must, the line writes one thing: a name, a time, a code. Then it is a line again.

The instrument remains design intent. Its face uses one fixed field of 438 points; it is not a record of named people or personal memories. This story gives the pattern its meaning: keeping fragments in relation, then returning the useful one at the right moment.
