A finished call is not automatically a resolved matter.
The approval says what may happen
For private-pilot calls, hold rescue and handled callbacks, SAINT now records the exact objective before asking for confirmation. Choosing a handled callback prepares the bounded call; the person still approves the exact callback before SAINT speaks in their name. Flexibility is stated separately: no alternative is accepted unless the person allowed it, and deposits, fees, payment details and new personal disclosures remain outside the call.
Voicemail is off unless the person explicitly allows a short message. Reaching an answering machine without that permission ends the call without a message or disclosure.
The work survives the call
A confirmed request becomes a bounded Resolve job. It can be working, waiting on the business or waiting for the person; rejecting or letting the approval expire cancels the linked job. The same states and recent result now appear in the signed What I'm doing view, without a second row for the approval or live call.
When a business needs the person personally, SAINT may connect them. That is recorded as a handoff, not as proof that SAINT completed the underlying decision for them.
Completion needs evidence
SAINT marks the matter resolved only when the call outcome is clear and the provider call reference is present. An unclear result asks for the person's help; a promised callback stays open; a failed connection says it failed.
When reception asks you one concrete question during a live inbound call, you reply with the call’s code and your answer. The code expires after the short live wait. SAINT rejects a late reply instead of applying it to another decision. SAINT marks the matter complete only when the caller confirms the authorised arrangement. Otherwise, SAINT keeps the matter open with a return date. The receipt attributes confirmation to the caller; SAINT has not independently checked their booking system or changed your calendar.
The public product description now uses this same boundary: wait through the hold, answer the line or carry a confirmed request to a clear outcome. It does not describe an ended call as success or imply authority beyond the approved objective.
This behavior is available in the private pilot for direct calls, hold rescue, handled callbacks and explicit live reception answers. The pilot bar remains closed until each workflow has enough live outcomes, completed receipts carry evidence and no work crosses its confirmation or expiry boundary. Live verification is still required across voicemail systems, IVR menus, callback timing and provider status callbacks. It does not authorize payments, impersonation or disclosure beyond the confirmed request.
