Clarity comes before persuasion.
Category before benefit
The first screen now introduces Saint as a private secretary available by text and voice in the private pilot. It then explains the work and approval boundary before naming the screenless instrument, which remains in development.
The longer story and detailed product archive remain published. They have moved behind clear links rather than competing with the first decision.
One delegated outcome
The how-it-works page now opens with three short comparisons: telling people you are late, disputing a charge and preparing for the morning. We explain each scene beside the film. These generated scenes illustrate the intended experience; they are not customer results or three verified workflows.
The examples that follow state their availability and required connections. The service remains in a private pilot. Personal agent contacts and the screenless instrument remain in development, and consequential outward actions still require approval.
The public journey now uses one delegation contract: name the outcome, set the boundary and receive the result, exact blocker or decision. The homepage leads with the human consequence—less important work competing for attention—while the product and how-it-works pages explain the mechanism.
The handoff is explicit. Saint acknowledges supported work before beginning, carries waiting and follow-through, and returns when the work resolves or the person's judgement is needed. Consequential outward action still waits for confirmation.
The fuller before, during, after and control sequence remains on the dedicated day page. A separate readiness ledger distinguishes the working service and approval chain from instrument design intent and the prototype, certification and production gates still ahead.
Motion with one job
Each approved V4.5 film now has one public role. The cover-edge study establishes the object on the homepage; the constellation wake explains visible state; polished gold belongs to the Founding Edition; and the three location films remain together as use-case studies.
A separate human sequence now shows private briefing, visible capture and attention returned. The people are fictional and the films remain design intent—not production footage, customer evidence or a claim that the instrument is available today.
Two founding decisions
The Founding Circle is now the umbrella for the first 5,000 relationships. The Founding Council is the selected working group; the Founding Edition is the first 1,000 accepted physical instruments.
A person can preorder the edition or apply to contribute to the Council. Buying and contributing are separate, and membership and physical edition numbers remain separate.
The commercial boundary stays visible
The preorder still charges in full. It still describes design intent rather than released hardware, repeats the February–May 2028 engineering estimate, preserves withdrawal and refund language and does not start paid service automatically.
No product availability, pilot status or hardware readiness changed with this editorial rework.
