A reservation before production.

Founding Members have a product-led preorder page. A person can choose among five personal-finish directions and six accessory studies across carry and travel-sleeve families, set quantities and see the amount before continuing to payment. The passive desk-rest studies and former five carry studies are retired; historical order records keep the item originally chosen.

The sleeves now protect only the instrument. They no longer include a cable pocket or imply that the charger travels inside. Magnetic charging remains post-V1 roadmap work, not part of the current product or accessory promise.

The finishes belong directly to the one-body personal cup; there is no removable rear-plate catalogue. The accessories are separate design studies. Neither is a released production variant: each remains subject to material, RF, load-path, durability and manufacturing evidence.

Our terms now state the refundable reservation and the service subscription separately. We ask for a separate confirmation before charging an instrument balance. If we stop offering the service, we refund the unused part of an included service term. The instrument remains in development.

The page takes a refundable reservation of 50 per selected instrument through a secure hosted payment page. The person may choose EUR, USD, SGD or GBP. The target instrument and accessory prices remain quoted in euros; no remaining balance is charged automatically. Before continuing, the page states that the instrument has not been built, makes no delivery commitment and names the separate service boundary.

The order is bounded to the active catalogue and one to twelve items. Prices are re-derived on the server rather than trusted from the browser. If a finish changes while the page is open, the order stops before payment and asks the person to reload the current collection; no removed finish is silently replaced with another.

A person must acknowledge the reservation, schedule and privacy boundaries before payment opens. Card details are entered on the secure payment page and are not handled by SAINT. Founding Circle letters remain an optional choice rather than a condition of reserving.

The contact composition follows the existing waitlist retention and deletion path. The order and payment receipt remain separate commercial records with their own statutory retention basis.
