V4.2 established the two-face architecture, service backplate and carry system. V4.3 then gave the cover control of the edge, fixed the constellation field and released a bounded appearance-prototype package—not production tooling or integrated hardware.
Lost mode also gained an honest distinction between a wipe request and a device acknowledgement. It protects the account boundary without turning the object into a location beacon.
Memory and permitted capture stayed inspectable
The meaning index kept references to original messages rather than creating a second source of truth. Corrections became reviewable rules, meeting recaps stayed separate from permission for outward action and phone capture gained notice, pause, stop, expiry and deletion in the same flow.
These consent and memory contracts remain important enough to keep their principal notes standalone.
Work needed a receipt
Calls began with an explicit objective, allowed alternatives and voicemail choice, then stayed open until evidence supported the outcome. Other work adopted the same discipline: open commitments, visible waiting states, a bounded investor room and a weekly reckoning that can report failure or zero.
The private pilot also began measuring time to the useful result rather than only fast first audio, and published the uneven local sources behind city information.
The public record named its own boundary
The campaign window distinguished the service available by invitation from the independently connected instrument still in development. That availability contract remains a standalone landmark in the record.
